    There are so many real estate foreclosure training courses out there on the market today. How do you know which one to pick from? The truth is that virtually all of them teach fundamentally the same things. The concepts, the basic theory, and the mechanics of real estate investing are all universal. What sets each mentor and each training course apart from each other depends on what each one brings to the table:

    ? Their approach to the learning process

    ? The unique tips and tricks of the trade for undermining the competition (and there is definitely a lot of competition in the foreclosure real estate investing business)

    ? Their focus on which aspect of foreclosure investing they concentrate on (there are several different types of foreclosure investing - preforeclosures, auctions, REOs, and note investing)

    ? The level of specific detail and hand-holding they offer

    Should you attend a foreclosure training class or read a book? The answer really depends on you. There are pros and cons to both, and it depends largely on whether you have the money to spend on a class and also whether or not you are an interactive learner or a book learner. The material taught in a boot camp training class is oftentimes the same as the information already available in real estate books; obviously books are a more cost-effective education!
